TEAM MEMBER ROLES:


AIR Documentation Team

-Antisemitism Incident Database Reviewer & Summary Writer


AIR Support Team:

-Jfrg antisemitism incident warm-line responder (shifts will be assigned for a ring-group)

Membership Team:

-JFrg and volunteer candidate, and potential hires interviewer/vetter

-Jfrg antisemitism incident warm-line responder (shifts will be assigned for a ring-group)

-JFrg BruinWalk/Cafeteria Information Tables Attendant 


Communications Committee:

-JFrg Flyer distributing and posting

-Organize others to print and legally post flyers across campus

-Email Campaigner and designer (Constant Contact for external and Google Groups for internal campaigns)

Graphic Arts & Social Media Team (under the communications committee):

-Social Media and Flyer Graphic Designer (we need 3)

-Social Media Written Content Creator (we need 3) - based on what is going on at UCLA


JFrg Programs and Event Team:

-Programming/Event Team Member (organized, very very organized and detail oriented)

-Gratitude & Recognition Coordinator: Focuses on sending thank you messages, organizing appreciation events/parts of events, and ensuring that everyone contributing to JFrg feels acknowledged and valued

-Workshop leader (to train students and faculty on roll playing, deescalation, dialogue, and safety )


JFrg Liaison & Jewish Faculty-Student Alliance Team:

-(JFSA) Faculty-Student Alliance Coffee Meeting Co-Leader (makes sure antisemitic incidents are documented/AIR completed/resources provided)


STRATEGY/LEADERSHIP ROLES


-Jfrg Board & Membership Meeting Coordinator: Works with leadership on Agenda and sends it our with invitations; Makes sure leadership prepared for meeting and reminds membership re meetings. Works with leadership to prep agenda prior to meetings.


-UC Regents Team Leader: Speaker Organizer and Scheduler (we already have a speech writer)


-Cybersecurity Coordinator Creates standards of operation, implements  and monitors cybersecurity of JFrg


-Physical Security Coordinator: Creates standards of operation, implements , and oversees


-Standards of Conduct Manager: Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive guidelines that promote healthy boundaries in interactions among members, leaders, faculty, students, and administrators within the JFrg framework


-Jfrg Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator: Oversees the development of job descriptions, manages job advertising, conducts interviews, and vets applicants, playing a pivotal role in hiring JFrg's initial staff members.


- Jfrg Compliance and Governance Officer: Ensures that the organization develops and adheres to established rules and regulations, while also organizing and managing the protocols for meetings to promote effective governance. Works with Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Standards of Conduct. Coordinators and Treasurer
